GERRY griffin
Founder & CEO
Gerry Griffin is founder of Skill Pill, a digital learning agency which was acquired by Private Equity in 2020. Gerry is also a volunteer with DAFA (www.dafa.ie) which supports hospitals and schools in Zambia.
Gerry is a former director of the London Business School and author of six business books. He is a frequent TV commentator on web developments and has lectured in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Africa. Gerry is passionate about the impact technology can have on workplace learning and productivity.

As a business consultant and mentor, I help people discover their superpowers, turn their ideas into thriving businesses, and get them unstuck. Beyond business, I am a passionate public speaker and advocate for tech, education, climate change, and food security.

Thokozani Nangwale is the CEO and Founder of Crystal Vision, bringing her experience in marketing and branding to the Growth 4 Zambia team. With a proven track record as a marketing and branding consultant, Thokozani has served on various committees, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions. As a passionate advocate for trade in Africa, Thokozani actively supports the efforts of initiatives like the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Thokozani's commitment to empowering Zambian entrepreneurs and fostering sustainable growth through effective marketing strategies is at the core of her work with Growth 4 Zambia.
James GRiffin

James has a history with Zambia travelling all over the country on behalf of Direct Aid for Africa.

James is completing his Masters in Data Science and Statistics and has taken on a role with G4Z in reviewing the grant applications and being part of the due diligence team which assesses the successful applicants. James has a long standing passion in social enterprise in developing economies.
